We already know how the pre-filter is installed, but we still need to pay attention to the details to make full use of the function of the pre-filter to make our household water more convenient and safer.

　　 When installing the pre-filter, the filter must be installed according to the direction of the water flow. Please see the arrow direction and do not connect it backwards to avoid damage to the filter element. It is recommended that the filter body be installed downwards to facilitate drainage. Moreover, both ends of the filter must be connected with PP-R unions, and the water inlet and outlet of the metal thread must be sealed with raw material tape.

　　 The installation location of the pre-filter is also very important. There are two situations that we need to consider:

　　1. Those with a relatively high energy of 90μm can be considered to be installed behind a water meter with a relatively high energy of 90μm. The main relatively high energy of the well can reach 90μm;

　　2. If there is no relatively high energy reaching 90μm, it can be considered to be installed on the main water inlet after entering the house, which can reach 90μm;

　　 If a special filter is also used, it needs to be installed according to the specific situation. Generally, the main water intake is relatively high and can reach 90μm. The real estate developer has laid out the buried location. According to the location of the equipment, consider where to install it. For example, the water heater pre-filter, if the water heater is arranged in the kitchen, the equipment should be installed on the main water inlet of the kitchen with a higher energy of 90μm, and in the bathroom, the equipment should be installed on the main water inlet of the bathroom with a higher energy of 90μm.

　　 In addition, a test is required after installation, and the time is no less than 10 minutes to see if the pre-filter is working properly, and to see if there is any water leakage in the entire relatively high energy 90μm channel. If there is no problem, you can use it with confidence. After the pre-filter is put into use, the impurities in the filter need to be treated regularly to ensure its normal working efficiency.
